This site is operated by MHS Construction & Design, LLC, a Texas limited liability company located at 407 Bull Ln, Missouri City, TX 77489. References to “we,” “us,” or “MHS” in this policy mean MHS Construction & Design, LLC.

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you provide directly — when you submit a consultation request, contact form, or chat message, we collect your name, email, phone number, project type, project location, budget range, and any description you choose to share.
• Information collected automatically — basic browser and device information (browser type, approximate region, pages viewed) collected for site analytics and security.
• Information from third parties — if you schedule a call through our embedded Calendly widget, we receive the appointment details Calendly shares with us.

3. How we use it

• To respond to consultation requests and contact inquiries.
• To coordinate project meetings, estimates, and contract documents.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website and our services.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

4. How we store it

Form submissions are written to a Cloudflare D1 database in the United States and (where applicable) replicated to a Google Sheet that only MHS staff can access. Files uploaded through the site are stored in Cloudflare R2. We retain this information for as long as is reasonably necessary to administer your project relationship and to comply with applicable record-keeping requirements.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of first-party cookies and localStorage entries to remember your language and theme preferences. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate site usage. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

6. Your choices

• You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete it.
• You can opt out of any future email by replying “unsubscribe” or contacting us at the address below.
• You can clear your browser cookies and localStorage at any time.

7. Third-party services we use

• Cloudflare — hosting, edge functions, D1 database, R2 storage.
• Calendly — scheduling widget on the consultation page.
• Google Maps — embedded map of our office.
• OpenAI — powers the AI assistant when enabled.

8. Children

Our site is intended for prospective clients aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
